As you might know Ford has been working with Turn 10 on the development of Forza Motorsport 6, with the 2017 Ford GT being the cover car. Now Ford and the Xbox hardware team have created a custom made version of the Xbox One Elite Controller with Ford colours - "Liquid Blue" - and a few extras.
The most noticeable one being the left analog stick modelled after the GT steering wheel, angled toward the player with only horizontal movement to increase the accuracy in steering. The paddles on the back of the controller mimics the column paddle shifters in the GT and the cutaway gas and brake triggers reveal impulse motors.
There are also visual enhancements like having the controller being encased in carbon fiber (like the GT chassis) and a see-through battery door like the GT's engine compartment.
This controller will never be made other than as a prototype, but it does indeed look nice and might have been a good alternative for racing fans out there.
