Whenever there's a discussion about resolution and frame-rate, there is often a clear winner. And it's not PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, no it's always the PC crowd that has bragging rights when it comes to performance. This will again be the case for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. The stealth-RPG is locked at 30 frames-per-second on console, but on PC it will depend on the performance of your machine, a fact confirmed by executive game director Jean-François Dugas over on Twitter: "30fps is consoles. We all breathe, thanks."
