One criticism you can level at Halo 5: Guardians is that there's not much of a story campaign to play through; what's there can be completed in just a few hours (lucky then that the online play is brilliant and will keep you entertained for hours - head here for our multiplayer guide).
With such a short story campaign there might have been some people wondering if there was more coming later in the form of story-driven DLC. However, this doesn't appear likely after 343i boss Josh Holmes revealed that there was no plans to introduce any additional story content, paid or otherwise.
"While we're always looking for new ways to expand the Halo universe, we do not currently have any plans to release future campaign content for Halo 5: Guardians," Holmes said during an interview with Red Bull.
