The first batch of Steam Controllers and the Steam Link went out to those who pre-ordered them, with the new hardware landing on October 16. There are a few people, however, who aren't getting the benefit from their new purchases, as the controller and the streaming device aren't currently working on Mac. Valve has of course apologised to their customers, offering each affected party a copy of the Valve Complete Pack (that's every Valve game that has been or will be), and even if Mac users opt for a refund, they'll still keep the games.
