After having attracted "accredited investor interest" totalling more than $800,000 for Outer Wilds, the next project to hit crowdfunding and investment platform Fig is 5th Cell's new IP. 5th Cell are best known for the Scribblenauts franchise, but have also Drawn to Life and iOS hit Run Roo Run. The campaign for this new IP will begin on October 21, making it the second project to use the new platform.

Other developers confirmed to launch projects via Fig in the future include Obsidian Entertainment, Double Fine Productions, inXile Entertainment and Harmonix.
