Microsoft have revealed Project X-ray today on a press event in New York, a in-house project for Hololens. Different outlets like The Next Web are reporting on it.
In this demo your whole living room is turned into the arena. Aliens try to enter our home and we need to fight them. If we happen to shoot at the wall, it will show destruction. We can shoot at the aliens and catch them. And obviously everything in our room will be used to make it immersive and a true virtual reality world.
