Nordic Games adds Codename: Panzers to portfolio

Swedish publisher Nordic Games got a lot of attention when it swooped in and acquired a bunch of remaining THQ assets after the publisher went bankrupt, and ever since that Nordic Games have continued to grow. The latest acquisition on the intellectual property front is Codename: Panzers with Codename: Panzers - Phase One and Codename: Panzers - Phase Two, bought from Neocoregames. Nordic Games already owned the right to Codename Panzers: Cold War as of 18 months ago.

For those of you who are reading about Codename: Panzers for the first time today, we can inform you that these are real-time strategy games set i World War II, developed by the Hungarian developer Stormregion.

These games let you manage artillery, troops, tanks and so on in order to defeat the enemy, and it'll be interesting to see what the new owner will do with the series going forward.
