Yesterday EA Sports released the first patch for FIFA 16 (1.01), which improves several aspects of the game, starting from some issues in terms of stability in the various modes and it offers optimised goalkeeper AI. Below, you can read the full changelog:

- Optimized goalkeeper AI
- Adjusted trap error tuning
- Adjusted player positioning after corner kicks
- Addressed player Substitutions after a red card
- Addressed debug text issues in certain game modes
- Addressed incorrect EA Trax artwork
- Addressed Player and team artwork and names
