Developer Rocksteady Studios hit a bit of bump in the road when the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight was pulled back from the shelves due to major technical issues. Meanwhile the console versions received high praise, and the parts of the team that was not reassigned to aid with the rescue mission kept on working with future DLC content.
So far a rather small expansion featuring Batgirl has been released (developed by Warner Montreal, along with a Harley Quinn episode at launch), but now the British studio is promising something big. In fact, that's exactly how they phrase themselves on Facebook:
"Something BIG is coming next week..."
It was written late last week, so "next week" means this week. What could it be? Are season pass holders finally going to get value for their investment?
