During a recent Ustream event, the CEO of Japanese publisher Experience Inc. Hajime Chikami revealed two new Xbox One JRPGs that will be made available worldwide digitally on the Xbox Store come release, as it's "difficult" to release physical Xbox One games in Japan (presumably due to the low install base).
The first is a remake of a Vita, PC and Xbox 360 game called Stranger of Sword City, which now packs an entirely new art style, which is showcased in the following images:

The original release saw a strong 32/40 score from Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu, and it's set to release in the first quarter of 2016.
The second game is a bit further off, and therefore some of the design decisions aren't finalised. It's called Students of Round 2, and Chikami revealed that it's a tactical RPG in the same vein as Fire Emblem. The game will release before the end of March 2017.
