A bug in Metal Gear Solid V can erase your progress

Avoid using Quiet on missions 29 or 42.

It seems that the the first edition of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain suffers from a serious glitch, that could destroy dozens of hours of progress. According to Konami, the bug appears if players use Quite as a buddy on missions 29 or 42. You can avoid the whole problem by not using Quiet on those missions. A patch is most likely on the way as soon as possible.
