Perhaps we won't have to wait much longer before Gran Turismo 7 is revealed. A sign of this is that the developer, Polyphony Digital, right now seems to be hiring a lot of people. This new staff will do stuff like create more lifelike AI drivers, add specific regulations for racing disciplines like rally and Nascar, and create a Gran Turismo companion app.
The people they are hiring should be skilled at PC and Playstation 4, and everything added together does indeed seem to indicate that something is about to happen. Sony will have a press conference in Paris next month, and also an event called The PlayStation Experience in December.
It wouldn't surprise us if something got announced at one of those events.
