Multiplay and owners GAME Digital have announced that Insomnia, the UK's largest gaming festival, is changing venue starting with Insomnia56 (Dec 11-14). Having reached capacity at Ricoh Arena in Coventry (Insomnia55 had 36,000 visitors in four days), the event has signed a three year deal with NEC (National Exhibition Centre) in Birmingham - a venue with some room to grow as the facilities (incl. the LG Arena) offer a whopping ten times the space of Ricoh Arena.
