Capcom has announced on its blog, that the beta testing for Street Fighter V will resume today, albeit in a different form. After a disastrous launch initially, the global five day beta was postponed to a later date, and when the global beta will relaunch still remains under wraps.
This beta is a shorter and region specific version, which serves as a stress test for the servers. We kick off with Europe, where the beta will be accessible from 17:00 CET today til midnight. The same test will take place tomorrow, and depending on the server performance, an Asian and North American version of the beta test will be held at a later date.
You may still use the same beta client as before, but it'll need to be patched before taking part in the new stress test.
