Telltale Games are very busy these days, tending to the development of Tales from the Borderlands, Minecraft: Story Mode, Game of Thrones - A Telltale Games series and a new project with Marvel. Now though, it seems that we'll be getting some older Telltale experiences on PS4 and Xbox One, in addition to all the upcoming projects, as Back to the Future: The Game will released on the new consoles on October 13th, according to a listing on Amazon.
The listing also contain the possible box art for the game. Telltale has yet to officially announce the port, but it's looking extremely likely.
