The next fighter to be announced for Season Three of Killer Instinct on Xbox One (and, eventually, PC too) is Kim Wu, who originally appeared in the second game in the series. The returning character follows the announcement that Battletoad favourite Rash is set to make an appearance in the fighter too (he's currently available in beta until September).
"If we were to do Season 3 of Killer Instinct, we would definitely have Kim Wu return. Well guess what, we're doing Season 3. Tell us your thoughts about Kim Wu," read the announcement over on the Ultra-Combo forums.
It was recently confirmed to us that there'll be more guest characters heading to the game, and it's fun to speculate on who we might get. Older KI combatants Gargos, Tusk and Eyedol are obvious candidates, but we'd be surprised if the third season launched with only five new faces, and as such, we're expecting more announcements from Microsoft in the coming months.
