The International 2015, the biggest event in the eSports calendar, has come to an end and the winners have been declared.
Evil Geniuses have been crowned this year's Dota 2 world champions, and they're the first American team to win the competition. In doing so they won the Aegis of Champions (the trophy pictured below), as well as the added bonus of taking home the grand prize of $6.6 million USD (which equates to a cool £4.34 million or just over €6 million).
The final, which saw EG emerge victorious over unexpected finalists CDEC, was concluded in four games, the last of the 176 played between eighteen teams competing over eleven days. To see all the plays unfold you can watch the final here.
