Microsoft's Phil Spencer has been very active with fans on Twitter since taking on the position as head of Microsoft's Xbox division. In an exchange with Twitter user VangelisVala Spencer hinted that the release date of Quantum Break will be revealed at the Xbox press conference in Cologne ahead of Gamescom.
"@XboxP3 hello Phil. Will we get a firm release date for quantum brake at gamescom? The wait has been a bit sureal [sic]"
"@VagelisVala You'll see on Tuesday. I think you'll be happy."
Quantum Break was one of the very first games revealed for Xbox One during the world premiere of the console and has been hit with more than one delay in its time - hopefully we can get things locked down now.
