PC puzzler Infinifactory has been confirmed for PlayStation 4. Zachtronics creative director Zach Barth announced the port over on the official PS Blog, at the same time explaining a bit about the game to console owners. This is what he had to say:
"One of the most important things to know about Infinifactory is that it's not just a puzzle game - it's an open-ended puzzle game. Unlike a typical puzzle game, where each puzzle has a single solution that you're trying to uncover, every puzzle in Infinifactory has countless solutions, each with different strengths and weaknesses. This allows you to compete against your friends and the world to build the fastest, smallest and simplest factories possible. You're not just "solving" a puzzle, you're inventing your own solution!"
Barth also confirms that the puzzler will take advantage of the DualShock's Share button, with players able to show their friends their most efficient creations. There's no word on exactly when the game will make it to PS4, other than soon.
