Focus Home Interactive have revealed that the next game from Deck 13 (Lords of the Fallen) will be unveiled at Gamescom in a couple of weeks. The Surge is described as "a visceral hardcore RPG with innovative new combat mechanics". Very little else is known about the game at this point in time.
Deck 13 have previously noted that the game "will be set in a dystopian sci-fi future" and that this "new IP will feature innovative combat mechanics and an original character progression system based on modular upgrades gained through tight, visceral combat".
