Sony and Capcom have outlined some details for the SFV beta.
The PS4 exclusive beta (PC players will get theirs later this year) kicks off on July 23rd at 6:00 PM Pacific and run for 5 days. Six characters will be playable, four who'll be available immediately, with Cammy and Birdie joining on July 25. Capcom is holding those two characters back to test the game's content delivery system.
There will be no local multiplayer and online matchmaking will be a little different as well. Players will choose a fighter from the character select screen, then advance to a training mode before getting paired to fight on one of three stages - Bustling Side Street, Terminal Station or Forgotten Waterfall.
