The Evil Within was, as you most certainly already know, presented in an letterbox-format to look more like an interactive horror movie. Something that didn't receive universal praise though, with some players asking for a toggle option.
Well, a new update does just that, allowing you to play the Shinji Mikami hit in full 16:9-mode. The patch also rebalances "Casual" difficulty to make it easier. It's available now on all systems.
