It won't be much of a surprise to hear that this year's E3 was a resounding success, and that next year's event has been confirmed. E3 2016 will take place between June 14-16, once again at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
The organisers have furnished us with interesting factoids regarding the event, which we thought you might be interested to hear: 52,200 people attended the event, and those that made the trip got to see 1,600 products from 300 exhibitors.
"More than any other E3, this year was about the gamer. E3 demonstrated both the remarkable transformation of entertainment taking place on all video game platforms-virtual reality, augmented reality, hardware, mobile and handheld-and awesome games," said Michael D. Gallagher, president and CEO of ESA.
