Despite the NX looming off in the distance, and with no sign of it during this year's E3, some were starting to worry that maybe the next Zelda game wasn't going to make it to Wii U.
However, if you're one of those worrying, you can rest assured that The Legend of Zelda is still heading to Nintendo's home console.
"We're here to talk about Star Fox, but Zelda is still coming to Wii U," Shigeru Miyamoto said via an interpreter to IGN, "so don't worry about that."
Miyamoto then explained why Zelda's didn't make an appearance at E3 this year. "My thing with E3 is that we always focus on what's coming out in the immediate future. We have some really great Zelda footage and, at some point we will be showing that off, but not today."
The Legend of Zelda Wii U is set to make an appearance some time next year.
