Silicon Knights, the Too Human devs who recently lost their lawsuit against Epic Games, has confirmed a "small number" of staff have been made redundant.
Speaking to CVG, company founder Denis Dyak said the the company had to "lay off a small number of people... scaling back to a core group and focusing all our efforts on future opportunities".
The recent court case, which centered around Silicon Knights claims that Epic withheld improved versions of Unreal Engine 3 to the detriment of third-party developers, will cost the company $4.5 million USD. Silicon Knights are expected to appeal the decision.
