GamesIndustry report that a group of former Evolution Studios veterans who joined together to start up Secret Sorcery - a new studio based in St Helens outside of Liverpool.
The new studio is focused on VR development with both Oculus Rift and Project Morpheus mentioned as possible platforms. No news on what game they're working on, but it wouldn't be farfetched to assume it may have something to do with racing. Then again they may be itching to do something very different...
The team includes Scott Kirkland who serves as managing director (formerly technical director at Evolution) and Alan McDermott (who primarily worked as audio lead at Evolution).
