In amongst all the major stories flying around, this one slipped under the radar a little.
Flashman Studios yesterday announced that they have acquired Beefy Media LLC. As they point out in their statement, the acquisition means Flashman are now one of the few companies that can create and publish avatar collections on Xbox Live.
"Beefy Media is one of the most reputable production services companies within the industry. Adam built a great company that continually delivers high production value solutions for their clients and we plan to carry on and expand on those services," said Brad Young, Founder and CEO, Flashman Studios.
"This acquisition of Beefy Media will significantly strengthen our ability to support our clients throughout the entire development process, from building content to taking it to market on mobile, social, and console platforms."
Beefy Media's customers include MGM and Capcom.
