Badland has finally been released on the Xbox One, and it's the improved Game of the Year Edition. It's a side-scrolling action adventure with innovative physics-based gameplay and stunning atmospheric graphics. Fly, survive and discover an astonishing number of imaginative traps, puzzles and obstacles on the way. Badland also offers loads of local multiplayer fun: up to four players can compete against each other on 27 different deathmatch stages or work together to survive through all 100 levels of the co-op campaign. Download on this link.

Beach Buggy Racing is next in line. A kart racer with an action-packed world of off-road mayhem. As usual, there are plenty of different drivers and vehicles, each with unique special abilities, and a wide selection of powerups, like Dodgeball Frenzy, Fireball, and Oil Slick. The key feature is local multiplayer for six people on split screen. The developers also promises rock-solid 60fps in crystal clear 1080p. Beach Buggy Racing can be downloaded on this link.

Rogue Legacy is the third game, an indie darling that has been around for a while. Every time you die in this game, your children succeed you. Each child is unique; one could be colour blind, while another could be dyslexic, so if you've ever wanted to play as a bald ninja dwarf now's your chance! The procedurally generated castle means every run is different. If you haven't tried out Rogue Legacy, make sure to do it now. It can be downloaded over here
