League of Legends pro player Austin "Link" Shin has quit the game, and in the process has signed off by writing an 18-page letter outlining his reasons for retiring, most notably taking the time to list the deficiencies of his teammates.
It's a long letter, such is the strength of his feeling towards his former teammates, although Shin also discusses his future plans (he's going back to school) as well as explaining his three years spent playing the game on the pro scene.
"I'm pretty much done with league. Cause NA is terrible and League of Legends is devolving into a game that I don't even recognize anymore. No one even plays it properly lmao," he said near the end of the letter.
Shin was playing for CLG (Counter Logic Gaming) between 2012 and 2015, where he played the role of mid-laner.
Thanks, VG247.
