Blizzard has just announced that their take on the MOBA, Heroes of the Storm, will be appearing on stage alongside StarCraft II, World of Warcraft, and Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft at this year's BlizzCon in Anaheim. There the World Championship events for all four games will take place, and there's some tasty prizes up for grabs.
Before the new game takes to the stage, first Blizzard will whittle the numbers down so only the best are left competing. Online qualifiers will in turn become live regional championships, at which point the eight best Heroes of the Storm teams from around the world will be settled on. They will then go on to battle over a huge prize pot, with the winners taking home $200k. For more information, you can visit the this page.
Heroes of the Storm - which you can read more about here - is Blizzard's new MOBA and it will be officially released on June 2.
