Blizzard Entertainment's digital card game Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft has cleared yet another landmark. Yesterday the company exclaimed on Twitter that Hearthstone now has over 30 million players.
"BY THE POWER OF RAGNAROS, 30 million players have joined us by the hearth! Thanks for pulling up a chair!" - @PlayHearthstone.
Hearthstone was released on on PC and Mac last year on March 14 and was followed by iPad and Android-tablet support. The game arrived on smart phones last month, which has boosted the size of the player pool even further.
