The next game from the creators of OlliOlli has been delayed, by a whole week. Not A Hero will now see release on May 14, not a significant shift, but it does mean that the political shooter (not a description you have to write very often) will miss the oh-so-convenient launch date that would've have seen it land on the day of the UK general election. Why the delay?
"Throughout the rigorous beta testing phase of Not A Hero, the most consistent feedback was to increase the frame rate to 59 frames per second," said producer Simon Bennett. "Well, we went a step further and took Not A Hero up to 60 frames per second. You're welcome."
When it does launch - initially on Steam - it'll cost $12.99 / £9.99 / € 12.99 (or there'll be a special edition costing $19.99 / £14.99 / € 19.99). There's a 10% discount on pre-orders, and PC players will get a copy of the original OlliOlli (that's giftable if you've already got it). Now, go read our preview if you haven't already and find out why this slight delay is a blow to democracy.
