Episodic adventure game D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die is heading to PC. The news broke in an interview over on Famitsu, and Hidetaka "Swery" Suehiro theen confirmed it again on Twitter: "Yes. D4 will be release for PC. #ThanksObama," Swery told one fan when asked for clarification.

"Currently there's a larger userbase on the PC compared to certain consoles," Swery later told Polygon. "I thought that by bringing Season One to PC, it would help expand the D4 franchise, allowing it to become bigger and go on for a longer period of time."

The game was originally released as an exclusive on Xbox One, although Swery revealed that "there was no contract about a PC version." The first season, containing three episodes, will be appearing for sure, and we may even be treated to additional seasons: "I can't say anything in too much detail about a Season Two, but we're working very hard," Swery added. "Please get excited."
