EULA amended to ban paid-for mods in Killing Floor 2

Second change in quick succession by Tripwire Interactive.

Tripwire Interactive has just updated its EULA to reflect the recent introduction of an open market for paid mods on Steam.

The Killing Floor 2 devs changed their end user agreement stating: "Your Mods must be distributed for free, period. Neither you, nor any other person or party, may sell them to anyone, commercially exploit them in any way, or charge anyone for receiving or using them without prior written consent from Tripwire Interactive.

"You may exchange them at no charge among other end users and distribute them to others over the Internet, on magazine cover disks, or otherwise for free."

It's the second change to the EULA in recent days, with the studio previously making an amendment that allows them to revoke the access to players cheating or being too abusive towards each other.

We had a look at the recently released Early Access build of Tripwire's co-op shooter, and you can read our impression of it here.

Thanks, PCGamesN.
