Today on Gamereactor Academy we're joined by Betadwarf CEO and founder Steffen Kabbelgaard Grønning. There are many ways to run a studio and it is only natural to struggle at first and in this session Kabbelgaard Grønning shares thoughts Betadwarf's flat structure, revenue sharing, and lessons they've learnt along the way.

Betadwarf started out operations roughly 5 years ago and their first project was Forced (released in 2013 on Steam). They're currently working on the sequel Forced 2: The Rush that's heading to PC as well as new-gen consoles (Forced is also being ported to PS4 and Xbox One).

Join the Academy session from 6pm BST / 7pm CET today.

All you need to do to watch the session, and gain access to others (both past and future), is to enroll with Gamereactor Academy.

The Academy offers a series of extensive videos with industry figures offering insights into game development, inspiration and education, providing you with the information and knowledge you need if you're looking to begin a career in game development. The sessions will offer both more practically focused programs as well as relaxed conversations with developers.
