Around a month ago there were rumours that Netflix and Nintendo were in talks over a TV series based on the Legend of Zelda franchise. But in an interview that Time recently did with Nintendo boss Saturo Iwata, it emerged that the Wall Street Journal article, which was the source of these rumours was not based on accurate information.
"As of now, I have nothing new to share with you in regard to the use of our IPs for any TV shows or films, but I can at least confirm that the article in question is not based on correct information."
