Microsoft has since long removed Kinect from Xbox One and generally seems less and less focused on voice recognition and voice controls. Sony, on the other hand, seems to be going the other way and is right now searching for people who can add these features to PlayStation 4, both for the format and games.
According to their ad they want someone who can "improve runtime voice recognition system" and also "improve voice recognition accuracy and out-of-vocabulary rejection rate for noisy speech, kid's speech, and emotional speech".
