Even if there is new content in Project Spark starring the little rascal Conker, that doesn't mean that there's a new game in the works. The lack of development was confirmed by Xbox chief Phil Spencer on Twitter, where he said: "We didn't say never, it's just not being worked on right now by Rare or any other studio."
