Microsoft has officially announced that Windows 10 will be available this summer in 190 countries and in 111 languages, even if they didn't specify a date. As confirmed early this year, Windows 10 will be available as a free upgrade for the first year to all the owners of Windows 7 and Windows 8.1.
The company has also promised a greater synergy between the various Microsoft devices (PC, Xbox and Windows Phone), thanks to an useful app for streaming and cross-platform play. DirectX 12 will also be shipping with the operating system and promises much better utilisation of CPU cores, among many other features.
Windows 10 is now in beta testing. You can read all the latest details on Windows 10 right here.
Fingers crossed Windows 10 will be more suited for gaming than Windows 8.
