There won't be any NHL 2K11 on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 this year as Take Two allows their developers a break in order to come back strong with 2K12. However, there will be NHL 2K11 on Nintendo Wii, since the publisher saw encouraging sales in Canada on the Wii version of NHL 2K10.
We're not sure if giving EA Sports a walk over win in 2010 is the best recipe for success in 2011, but hopefully this means we'll see some major innovation in NHL 2K12.
