Danny Bilson, EVP for core games at THQ, has stepped down from his position at the publisher and has been replaced by Naughty Dog co-founder Jason Rubin. Rubin left Naughty Dog in 2004, but returned to gaming with Monkey Gods in 2009, he now faces a tough job at THQ as president as the publisher hopes to turn its fortunes around.
Dave Davis, the SVP of core studios, has also left THQ. Bilson and Davis were responsible for THQ's realignment towards core games after the costly uDraw fiasco, and Rubin will continue this effort.
