Aventurine have decided to celebrate the game's first birthday by offering a seven day trial for it, but at a cost - one dollar if you want to play on the American server, one euro if you go for the European server.
They have "chosen to include symbolic pricing as a minimum commitment, to protect the existing user-base experience" and "also taken major steps to further improving our cheat detection and GM tools." A big warning for the people who would take advantage of the trial, in other words. If you decide that a seven day trial is worth the price, just follow the instructions on the official site.
