Valve has announced that they'll be bringing a "previously-unannounced SteamVR hardware system" to GDC this year, as well as the final version of the Steam Controller, and some new "living room devices". With Oculus and Morpheus the high profile VR devices currently in development, it'll be interesting to see what the company shows - it's certainly an exciting time for fans of virtual reality.
"Steam is bringing the best games and user-generated content to exciting new destinations. At GDC 2015, we'll be giving demos of the refined Steam Controller, new living room devices, and a previously-unannounced SteamVR hardware system," Valve confirmed.
In other Steam news, Valve has confirmed some impressive numbers this month, with their platform, Steam, now boasting 125 million active users. The online store now has 4,500 titles, and there's also over 400 million pieces of user-generated content. Another impressive achievement this month came when there was 8.9 million concurrent users across PC, Mac and Linux.
