Aliens vs. Predator launched in the United Kingdom and became the fastest selling release of the year, beating both Bioshock 2 and Mass Effect 2 in the process. While Aliens vs. Predator has gotten mixed reviews, it certainly seems to have been doing well at retail (at least in Rebellion's native Britain). Meanwhile the on going Winter Olympics can be spotted a little further down the charts with Mario & Sonic as well as the official product making the list this week. Next week will be even more interesting as we get to see whether Sonic and his friends or perhaps Heavy Rain can topple the galaxy's most deadly hunters.
