CKII is three today, and to celebrate Paradox has released the attached infographic alongside the rather amusing headline: "Crusader Kings II Turns Three, Outliving Hundreds of Inconvenient Nephews." Apt.

In our timely interview with lead designer Henrik Fåhraeus, we asked about future expansions coming to the dynasty builder. While we shouldn't expect anything as fantastical as the Sunset Invasion DLC, Fåhraeus did admit that "perhaps" we might get "material pertaining to medieval myths and legends." He also confirmed that studio plans to "release three more major expansions this year."

We also asked Fåhraeus whether we might ever see the game appear on tablet, and this is what he had to say: "It is something we are actually investigating. I think we could get the interface to work, but I'm not so sure about memory and processing power. Don't take this as any kind of announcement though; we are just doing some internal R&D."
