Yesterday we already published a news story about users complaining that Ubisoft deleting games from Uplay. It was already speculated, that these users bought their games via cheap resellers like G2A. Now there is an official comment from one of Ubisofts Community Managers:
"We regularly deactivate keys that were fraudulently obtained and resold. In this case, we are currently investigating the origin of the fraud, and will update customers as soon as we have more information to share. In the meantime, customers should contact the vendor from whom they purchased the key."
In this case, users obviously bought those games like Far Cry 4, Watch Dogs and Assassin's Creed: Unity and didn't know, where they came from. So Ubisoft is investigating this case but asks affected users, to contact the shop about this. Afterall, if you've got a complaint you should turn to the place where you spent your money.
