In an interview with the Japanese Kotaku, Lost Planet 2 producer Jun Takeuchi has said that the developers have had to cut out a large part of the game's content because of the limitations of the DVD-format. This will not only affect the Xbox 360-version, but the Bluray version for the Playstation 3 as well.
Not all is doom and gloom, as Takeuchi points out that the cut material might show up as DLC at some point. Let the conspiracy theorizing begin!
