Dontnod are teaming up with Focus Home Interactive to make a new RPG called Vampyr. The game was confirmed on Twitter by DeadGoodMedia, and elaborated on by TheSixthAxis who found out a bit about the game at a recent event.

The site states that the "Y" in the title refers to the choices in the game where the lead character, a doctor bitten and turned vampire during the Spanish Flu outbreak after World War 1, must decide between sucking blood and saving lives. The game's tagline is "Take blood. Save a life."

Apparently the studio is expanding and has set up a second dev team so that more projects can be developed simultaneously. Dontnod are currently working on the episodic adventure game, Life is Strange, and Vampyr is still in the early stages of development. We'll update you with more news as and when we get it.
