During last weeks Nintendo Direct, it was confirmed that Xenoblade Chronicles X would be released in Japan during April. That does, of course, mean that the game is almost finished and now producer Shingo Kawabata tweets that this is also true for the localisation (translation via Neogaf): "Counting, it's been about 5 years since Xenoblade's release meaning you've all been waiting for a long time, but, speaking honestly, it feels like a long time even for those of us working here. On top of that, we're also well underway with localization work, too."

Kawabata sums it up in another tweet which reads: "However, I believe we have created something that you will feel was well worth the wait, so I hope you can remain patient for the game's release a little while longer."

Hopefully this means we can look forward to play this promising RPG sometime this summer, or perhaps the fall.
