Some of you (if not most) have probably seen or heard of the documentary film The King of Kong, where Steve Wiebe and Billy Mitchell battled it out for top honours in Donkey Kong Jr. Now Steve Wiebe has reclaimed the world record after having had to surrender his record in October of last year to Oklahoma native Mark Kiel (1,147,800). Wiebe's new record stands at 1,190, 400, but the competition has sharpened since Billy Mitchell held the record between 1983 and 2008 and it has changed hands more frequently lately.
